The School has kept a record of the Annual School Play of 1929, produced by Miss Honey, Drama Mistress, and featuring most of then current pupils of Hardacre Hall, including one boy. The Play represented a fanciful interpretation of the History of Hardacre, and while not intended to be scholarly in its approach, the Play was extremely entertaining for the audience, which included all the Governors and Staff, as well as pupils' parents and some townspeople from Hardacre End. An immense amount of communal effort went into this production, and the record has been archived in trust for future generations of schoolgirls, to illustrate what can be achieved with even the most unlikely material, given sufficient incentive. Enjoy.
